I come here once a week for lunch, as I work in the area. This place is always clean (except the bathroom), the staff are always polite and friendly, and the food is always hot. Even the kid at the register is always professional and polite. I believe in not just complaining but telling folks when they are doing great, and the people here are doing their jobs very well!

If you could sell vegetarian choices and maybe Ground Turkey taco's added to the Taco Bell menu that would enhance your business with better meat choices and meal choices. It would increase your business in my opinion!

Almost half the time I come here this place either gets it right or wrong. Tonight they got my simple order wrong. It wasn’t busy at first when I walked in. This happened around 7 pm, 03/23/24. I ordered a 12-piece chicken but noticed when I got home that I only received 9 pieces, I was SHORTED 3 WHOLE PIECES. Not to mention I also had to wait a little over 20 minutes, and the place had just one guy in front of me. The WORK STAFF including the supervisor started SLACKING, CHIT-CHATTING, LOSING PACE, AND TRACK OF TIME, and paying more attention to their life stories and NOT FOCUSING ON THEIR JOB. Time flies by, the orders start to stack up, and a line of 12-15 people starts to build quickly within a few minutes. NOW EVERYBODY IS JUST WAITING. Maybe the business owner should watch the recorded videos of how their employees work at times. The only good side was at least the chicken still tasted good.
