Definitely the worst of the worst bad customer service didn’t even provide the receive 🤦🏽‍♂️ bad food super dry, not fresh ,! I will definitely Not come back to this place. I do not recommend it employees at this location, definitely need some training 👎🏽 I wish I‼️

I ordered from this location and ordered 6 chicken tenders and a large mash potato that came to a total of $25.00. Not only has the prices gone up, but you get less food. I went to the location on Valley View in Cypress and ordered 4 chicken tenders and a large mash potato and the total was $15.00. So, I was charged $10.00 for 2 chicken tenders at the Euclid location? I even went inside to talk to them and they told me they are only doing 3 scoops of potatoes and 3 scoops of gravy and they told me things have changed. They explained that they have started to put the gravy on the potatoes instead of on the side to make it look like you are getting more potatoes. The Euclid location will rip you off…Stay away!!!!!

The customer service is some of the worse I have ever experienced, the employee taking my order had a VERY NEGATIVE attitude, it appeared that she wanted to be anywhere else but work. Although this is the closest KFC to my house I will travel a few extra miles in the future.
