Cailey at K&K is beyond amazing! Between the massaging chair while I get my hair washed, scalp massage, the haircut itself as well as the styling afterwards, I come out feeling like a million bucks! Thank you!

Khaos and Kosmos is a hidden gem in the Tri-Cities! The staff are all incredible, friendly, and talented individuals who go above and beyond with hair and the experience of being pampered - the atmosphere of the salon itself is unlike anything else around! From the decor and music to the little thoughtful details and friendly staff, when you walk in you will feel right at home. I would recommend Khaos and Kosmos to anyone!

Visited for the first time. Saw Carla for some color correction and a cut. She was wonderful. Hands down, the best hair cut I have ever had. I have a lot of long curly. She handled it beautifully. We looked at one picture and discussed my actual styling habits. I have a cut better than the picture and lowest of maintenance.
As for color, I had no idea how to ask for what needed to be done. We decided on a glaze, and it looks amazing.
The salon it self was beautiful and relaxing. It had flattering lighting. It didn’t smell like strong ammonia. It smelled nice. The service from was excellent from the moment I walked in the door.
