When you walk in your eyes will be opened up by the beauty. Lots is traditional Khmer clothing and the owner knows her stuff.

I'm an out of towner from Dallas, and came to this shop on impulse before having to fly back home that evening. This place is a joke and so is the owner Kaylene. She came off really sweet and helpful, but everything about the staff, the service, the place, and the price seemed very sketch to me. My brother in law happens to know her, and actually brought me to her store. I bought a blouse, skirt piece and a sash from her for $175. But of course, they have to be tailored to fit my body. (And btw she only takes cash!) She never gave me a receipt. (Red flag!) I assumed since she knows my brother in law, that it wasn't necessary.. Anyway, she asked me when I needed it by, I told her I wasn't in a rush and explained to her that I have to fly back home at 7pm. She said she can get it done in two hours, and would call me to let me know when it's ready to be picked up. I thought "ok, even better!" Fast forward.. She never called. I've made many attempts to call the store, but to no avail. Days later, my sister went to pick it up for me. The staff was having a hard time locating the items and was even interrogating my sister about a receipt which was never given. After ten minutes, they were unable to find it. My sister had to help them rummaged through garbage (not literally! But through piles of disorganized, mountains of clothes. She was dumpster diving to find them..) She then notices the sash was not included and asked one of the ladies. They continued to give her a hard time. Kaylene was not available to vouch for her because she "conveniently" was going out of the country. Aka running off with her client's money... Anyway, my sister brought the outfits to me when she visited Dallas, and to my dismay, THEY WERE NOT AT ALL ALTERED! They weren't even touched. The blouse was very frayed and didn't have a zipper in the back, the skirt was NOT creased properly, and the buttons to the skirt was not even aligned to each other to have a proper fold to it. By this time I was already livid. So I sent her a text and complained. She apologized and gave me some options: to bring it back so she can redo the alterations, or I can exchange it for a new one. She even added that she brought back brand new clothes from Cambodia, which she probably scammed from them too. Anyway, while her options were great, there was one problem that I find myself having to reiterate. I do not live in California where i can just pop into her store and have her take my measurements over again!. We were actively texting back and forth, but the moment I mentioned a full refund, her keyboard stopped working.. She wasn't receptive towards my demands and had zero regards to the inconvenience this has caused me. A non local customer! Anyhow, I told her I was sending the clothes back with my sister because I did not want them in my possession, and she will stop by her store when she gets back to Cali. She must've had cameras surrounding her shop or something because the days my sister would stop in, they are "conveniently closed"! It has been since June, and she hasn't tried to follow up with me or find a medium ground to resolve this issue. If my horrible experience has taught me anything, is to warn others about doing business with these scammers..

Wanted to rent some dresses for a wedding shoot and the shop was not helpful or understanding of our postponement situation due to covid. Spent more money than our deposit to other vendors, trying to add videographer even though we never agreed or talked about it, and then demanded more money for no services completed. Very unprofessional and very unhappy about the way this shop does business.
