I called this dealership I asked to speak to a sales manager. I told the young lady to tell the manager to call me that I wanted to buy a car that same day. But that I didn't want to deal with a sales person until I picked up the car. I left my number, never received a call from anyone . That same day I called up Carson kia . Did my application online and now I have a 2024 telluride.

For over 2 years the manager of the repairs department has been lying to me telling me that he was going to order the parts that were under warranty that to fix an issue with my car and they just keep telling me that they'll call me when it comes in and they never do. When I call them when it's time to do routine maintenance they always tell me they Will order the parts for the repairs needed under warranty and that they'll be there in time for the paid work but then it never is. This is really ridiculous I've never had such a terrible experience with a dealership before.
