I needed a part for my vehicle and after 2 attempts to get the correct part, which wasn't the correct part, I was told I had to buy the whole assembly instead of just the pigtail connection part ( $35. ) for $1000.00 in which after help from a co worker at O'Reilly's I found the correct part for $9.90 ( the proper part a pigtail connection to my alternator )

My 1st service appointment went quite smoothly with the assistance of Morgan. He welcomed me as I arrived as scheduled; pointed out the restroom, coffee, snack area and lounge as I chose to wait. The time flew by and I was on my way after Morgan went over the entire service/inspection checklist receipt with me. All in all . . . it was a pleasant experience.
