They change providers without giving you even a days notice my daughter has been through three providers and the third one is terrible! She seems to think I was insulting her English every time I had a hard time understanding her! Miss suka did you ever think that when someone can’t understand you it’s because you’re talking so fast and they could have a learning disability! I wasn’t going to file a grievance until speaking with Iehp a grievance department but even the Iehp worker was so appalled by what this woman said to me she decided to file a grievance on my behalf! This woman dr ORAWAN SUKAVACHANA, MD aka dr suka decided to tell me word for word “you should just take your daughter to the er because you’re not hearing what you want to hear here!” She tried to put my daughter on a nebulizer again not even listening to what I had to say interrupting me with every chance she got and this wasn’t the first time she tried to dominate the conversation… the first time she put her on a nebulizer wasn’t even in person it was over the phone she prescribed her five medications just from a phone consultation! She spent less than thirty seconds diagnosing my daughter with bronchiolitis. every time I had an appointment for my daughter with her it was always like a battle with this dr! I knew she wasn’t listening to me when she said “I’ll prescribe her a cough syrup that will help her sleep.” I never said she was having sleeping problems and the only reason I came in is to find some information on medications she’ll actually fncking take! Aka chewables tablets and gummy meds. And I don’t need to go by a whole new machine from your special little pharmacy you send everyone to for your machines when the nebulizer freaks her out and this is no where near the need for the nebulizer and quite frankly I don’t think there ever was because the inhalers are just fine they work even better!! Yet she was getting so mad at me for suggesting an inhaler over a nebulizer when that’s the only thing my daughter will take! And quite frankly I’m sure she has asthma I know there are skin and blood tests for it but this dr suka straight LIED and said there were only exams! She kept throwing it out there that she was a dr with many years behind her degree. Miss suka let me tell you something! True intelligence and wisdom does not come from years of education but from a big heart full of compassion and utilized experience! You have not utilized your experience as a dr instead you like many other drs have a chip on your shoulder you beg others to knock off! You have zero compassion and only care about the money. I will no longer be bringing my daughter here this was a totally unprofessional experience I felt targeted by this dr she took things far too personally. Just know I didn’t file the grievance! The Iehp worker heard enough to file it on my behalf for me! And from what it looks like this isn’t the first kind of altercation you’ve had with parents and I doubt it will be the last. Have more compassion and understand not everyone is trying to offend or insult your English lady

Dr suka will prescribe medications but when the child only needs for example 1 tube of ointment, she will stack you up with 4 tubes instead of 1. Becareful! She will take all the money she can from your insurance by adding extras that's not needed! Also if you point out something you don't like, she will verbally fight you, she don't like to be wrong. Will be changing drs.

My 1 year old and 4 year old has been comin to Dr. Suka since they were born. I love how she truly listens and addresses any and all concerns. With both kids having reactive air ways I sometimes panic and call , Mary always ensures kids get in same day or the doctor will zoom call immediately to ensure kids are ok. Can’t tell you how thankful and appreciative I am for this office!
