I'm grateful they take state payments but if there was a better option I would take them there. As a foster parent there are very few choices in the area. I have complained three times about my four year old being put in diapers when he's potty trained with occasional accidents. This happened when he switched to a new class. They are always at state limits or slightly over limits. There is very little communication with my kids' teachers probably because they have too many kids in their classrooms. They aren't perfect but my kids love them and made some good friends there.
I am very happy I chose this childcare center. It is not the kind of high-end luxury school with new buildings and equipments , but it is very warm and friendly one. My son likes his teacher very much and still talks about her when he comes home. At this difficult time, the leader adopted a very considerate charging policy. And they still opne to take care of front-line fighters' kid. I'm really touched. I will recommend this center to my friends (in fact I already did.)
