Usually, they are a 5-star business. They were having a sale 2 days ago. I went in and found out they no longer carried booster seats at that location. Fine. I thought I'd look around for gifts. They weren't busy, so I could manage my two kids okay. My 4 year old told me she had to potty. There wasn't a labeled restroom, so I asked. I was told there wasn't one for me to use. I was taken aback because I had used it when I was there buying a car seat about a year or so ago, and prior to that to change a baby, and prior to that when I was pregnant. I was told to go use the one in Wendy's across the shopping center. This accounts for the demotion. I was told rudely, with no explanation, when I had a toddler potty 911. Lovely.

I love the family business model. Whenever I can choose between big box and local/family-owned I choose local. This store is fabulous. They have quality products, the store is welcoming and they offer great customer service.
