Worst customer service/discrimination
The staff looks at you and forms an opinion that you would not be buying from them. We kept on looking at them hoping someone would come assist and when they didn’t we called them twice but they seemed to knowingly ignore us. I took my boyfriend there as I told him Kiehls gives personal recommendations for your skin but our experience was exact opposite. Someone finally ended up assisting us and we bought their product but I personally don’t believe people of color are welcome here.
Is this bad customer service/discrimination? DO NOT go to this place if you are Asian, they hold discrimination against Asian female. I'm an Asian woman and I frequent this place for the past few years. I found that the staff at this location discriminate against Asian females. This had happened to me and many of my friends.
I found this business refuse to provide service for Asian women like me. I am writing directly to the headquarter to report this issue. In the mean time, I hope everyone can stop go to this place. Kiehl's has online service and another location at Bellevue, they have much better service there.
