Asked my trainer for nutrition advice and she sent me to Kim. I work out a lot, but couldn't lose the last 10-15 pounds, Kim crafted a meal plan that works for my busy schedule, and she had so many recommendations for healthier food options. I have a huge sweet tooth, and with this new way of eating I have less cravings for sugary things, and feel like I am eating a lot more food, and still losing weight. Can not recommend Kim enough!
