Kim is an amazing real estate professional! My wife and I were racing against the clock to find the perfect home... not only are we expecting our first child any day now, but of course we started our search JUST as the COVID 19 pandemic started to spread.
Kim hustled to make sure we at least reviewed every reasonable property in the neighborhoods and price range we aligned on (I should also mentioned a very FIXED price range). Any agent can set you up with an MLS feed of houses, but Kim was checking them out for us while we were at work, sending emails full of advice and guidance, and letting us know when there were red flags or bargains to be had. She was happy to meet us at any property that looked interesting so we could see it ourselves.
From the time we met Kim to the day we closed, no more than 45 days had passed. Ironically, we ran into her at an open house because another agent we had started speaking with told us to check out houses by ourselves... if we liked them, he'd help us write an offer. This was the EXACT OPPOSITE of working with Kim... and so when we ran into her at an open house, we knew right away we wanted her to advocate for us throughout the entire process.
In the end, we saw a house we loved, we submitted an offer and we got the house. All along the way, she made a stressful thing (buying a home in the bay area...) very manageable and smooth. She's extremely knowledgeable, communicative and helped us make sense of all kinds of disclosures that can be intimidating to a first-time home buyer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know... and we will certainly be contacting her again when its time for us to think about the next move.

We couldn't be more grateful to have had the experience to work with our realtor, Kim Becker. My husband and I bought our first home in Alameda and Kim was a wonderful support from start to finish. Kim was the epitome of a reassuring presence in this otherwise daunting Bay Area real estate market. Her responsive and willingness was top-notch and we felt so comfortable in her hands! Her attentiveness didn't stop when we found our house, giving us recommendations on contractors for our planned renovations and meeting with us time and time again to access the house prior to closing.
We benefited from working with her during an issue we had with financing during escrow as well. Kim used her resources to help us problem solve and the guidance saved us time and energy and allowed us to close much sooner.
