I am extremely disappointed with my experience with both the level of communication and service (lack of service) that I encounter with Kimberly at Hollyhock Lane. I provided a $100.00 deposit for a newborn photo shoot on 8/11/21. Unfortunately, my daughter was premature and required extended hospitalized in the NICU and was released with a feeding tube. The photo shoot was rescheduled due to her hospital stay. Upon rescheduling I informed Kimberly that I would like some of the photos edited to remove the feeding tube. I was informed this would be difficult and time consuming requiring another rescheduling. When I asked for a refund based on lack of cooperation, my daughters health and the inability to accommodate my editing requests, I was met with an extremely unprofessional response. When I requested the appointment to be rescheduled to a later date, I received no response. At this point, I am left with no appointment, no refund, and no communication.

Kim has captured so many special moments for my family, and every time the experience and final product is nothing short of exceptional. She is so talented, patient, and kind. Working with her is always a pleasure.
