Kimberly had me waiting for 3 weeks in order to do my alterations. On the due date when I came to pick them up not only she could not find my pieces but when she did no work had been done and she wanted me to come back later to pick those up. A call or notification would have been nice specially after waiting for such a long time

WARNING--She charges cash (or check) when you drop off your item. She then gives you a slip of paper with your item's number on it and the cost of the repair. When you come back to get your item, she says you did not pay when you dropped them off, so you have to pay now to get item. She says she puts a mark on the slip if you pay, and since mine did not have that mark, she said I did not pay up front and have to pay now. $22 repair ended up costing me $44. Will not use her again. GET A RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT!!! A REAL receipt...Or prepare to pay twice!

Have used Kimberley for all alterations on my clothes and have been happy with her suggestions and results. There are times when I asked for pieces to be altered a certain way and she suggests a different approach with results in a better fit or less cost. She completes them when she says and was able to rush some pieces for me. Kimberley can be very direct in how she speaks which can rub people wrong. But, I have never found her to be rude.
