Kim is fantastic. She’s our go-to for the Washington/Idaho area. Kim is great at showing houses, knowledgeable from many years in the real estate field. Ask her about her passion for remodels, her vision is incredible. Her team of specialists is fantastic; our favorites are Michael or Milo for lending and Tim for inspections but her slew of contacts goes on. She’s found amazing tenants for rentals. She’s found the perfect property and picked up my wife to take her to it when my wife couldn’t drive. I mean, really? Total package and a joy to be around. Her and her family are welcome at our table any day of the week.

Kim has been our realtor through many different purchases and sales of parcels and real estate throughout the Inland Northwest. I've recommended her to friends as well, who have loved working with her. She has that rare combination of really listening to her clients and also tenaciously pursuing the deals and bringing it all together beautifully in the end. She's a visionary when you need it. She's goes above and beyond what's in her job description. She really has her finger on the pulse of the market in this area. We plan to use her for years to come as we are getting into more real estate investing as well.
