Atmosphere is nonexistent - it's a parking lot! - and anyone who automatically puts five stars for everything is ruining ratings.
Service was good. Hard to say otherwise since there was no one else there, but even so, most places barely interact with you. They were both friendly and interactive. Can't ask for more. But it is only a food cart, so service is barely an interaction.
On to the food. The prices are not good (like almost anywhere?), but the food is, so you'll have to make your own determination of value.
I had a half order of biscuits and gravy. While it wasn't to my taste (texture actually), it was clearly high quality. Most places give you all gravy and very little sausage. Their gravy was just the opposite. I can't believe i'm saying this but i would actually prefer less sausage and use starch to keep the same thickness. The biscuit was good. My preference is for something flakier. When i think of a biscuit, i start with those cardboard dough tubes that pop when you open them - layers.
Bottom line, high price, high quality. The biscuits and gravy would probably wow most anyone. Try it!
