My sister had previously use a kindred facility. It was not a great experience. I was hesitant to take my sister to a kindred facility. I spoke to Rochelle caseworker at Kindred Explain my experience and concerns She listen and assured me that would not be an issue. I must say it wasn’t as bad as I expected. They also have a patient advocate Kara. These two ladies were on it. Whenever I had an issue. I also want to say thank to Keira,Janet and Janice. Thank you!

I believe your CNA Sergio is going to make a wonderful nurse. He goes far and beyond to make you feel comfortable and stress free. I came here scared and not sure what was going on, he explains everything he’s doing and takes that fear of being in the hospital away. Truly thank you Sergio for taking my anxiety away and making my stay here comforting.
