We always being using different drinking water systems for purification but there always being some issues with them. Since we upgraded our drinking systems to K5 back in 2013 we have never had any problems whatsoever! Our water is clean and safe to drink and what I personally like that this systems is giving us constant pressure at the faucet and flow is always steady. Besides this I'm happy that it is so compact and doesn't take much space under my sink.
If you are going to buy K5 I would highly recommend High Purity cartridge since radiation and medication in water is such a big issue nowadays.
By the way, I wish everyone have such an excellent customer service! So many years with this company and I have never being left without attention! Thank you!

Excellent customer service and installation. We had a water filtration and softener installed in our townhouse. Paul, the installer, did an amazing job, as we had several challenges due to existing plumbing in the building. Not to mention that they did the work on a Sunday. Alex was an amazing resource from the beginning to end. We have had the system for about a year and we are very happy. This is a great company with a great product. Thank you!

I had a Kinetico RO system installed in 2017 and have been very happy with the water quality and service. I have a peace of mind our drinking water is “clean” and a service team who are CONSISTENTLY professional. They were very patient with answering all my questions from day one and continue to do so presently. A specific appointment time is provided (not a 2-4-6 hour window) and the technician shows up when appointments are scheduled. It makes their service very convenient so we can plan for our day. When services are performed, the working area is kept organized and the technicians are consistently mindful of cleaning up before they leave your home. They are very knowledgeable about their products, including applied water science and are able to customize a system for your home. Our drinking water system have been operating seamlessly with routine maintenance consistently delivered.
