I recently was house sitting for 2 weeks in Grass Valley and discovered this sweet yoga studio. I purchased their incredible introductory package which is a super deal!! Their schedule of classes offers many options and much flexibility. I went to a class everyday and some days twice. I was able to experience so many different styles of classes. Every teacher was super nice (no intimidation here)!! Well educated with anatomy and alignment (imperative in eliminating injury)!! Able to talk and walk you through unfamiliar moves and positions (much appreciated, allowing me to focus within and feel the positive results)!! Mandy offers so many helpful & useful props which allows you to benefit & savor the positions even more. If I lived in Grass I'd surely have an unlimited month pass. I will definitely attend a class every time I'm in the area. I love this place and encourage any one in the area, who is either a seasoned yogi, a first timer or somewhere in between, to do yourself a favor, give yourself a gift and check this place out. I love Kinfolk yoga and Mandy, the creator and owner of this sweet studio space in an historic building in our wonderful community in Nevada County. Mandy’s welcoming grace and acceptance make everyone feel at home and like Kinfolk.. Kindred Spirits respecting and nourishing our bodies with yoga in a beautiful comfortable homey environment.

Holy Cow!!! This place is amazing. I took part in their new student program of unlimited yoga for two weeks and what a deal. I took full advantage and went ten days out of fourteen and I feel like I experienced the full spectrum of this studio. Kinfolk was a meditative cerebral Disney World filled with sound baths and great movement. The yoga teachers were some of the best I have ever experienced and I would consider myself a seasoned yoga dude. Kinfolk is filled with kind hearts and knowledge. Hope this helps, enjoy your day :)
