Great experience. Small car accident, the dire truck and medic arrived on the scene within 5 minutes. All of the firemen/medics were friendly and professional. Thanks you guys. I feel extremely confident knowing you are there to serve and protect the West Hill!

If I could give One-million stars, I would! One of the most horrific scooter vs. car accidents happened in front of my home and the firefighters from #20 arrived so fast and jumped into action. I truly believe that if it wasn't for them and for the other emergency responders on the scene, this man would not be alive today. I can't thank them enough and I'm so grateful. I occasionally go on a run and walk by #20 often and they're always so kind and welcoming. These are true heroes!

Despite my sister having an affair with the fire chief and several other firefighters for 10 years in the late 90s & early 2000s, my experience with the fire department has been quite positive.
