Boy the customer service with the ladies that answer the phone here is severely lacking. These ladies (there are two, I believe) do whatever they can to get you the heck off the phone. You say you want to pay a bill- they start rattling off the automated number for you to call (which has NEVER worked for me, btw). Why make someone call another number, when they already have you on the line?
Also, to pay online, you need a statement date. When I asked for one before I was hastily shooed off the line, she gave me a random date of 8/1 which didn't work. I then called the automated number and guess what? It didn't work either. SO I get to call back. My 3rd call just to pay a bill. What do I get when the other lady answers? "You can call 253-218..." blah blah blah blah. Before even hearing me out, she's trying to get me off the phone. Facebook can wait ladies....
They're not friendly at all and somehow, they're the front line of this company. These ladies have a lot to learn, but somehow, I feel like they never will and no one will ever train them.
