I've had much better massages from here in the past, but this was one of the most lack luster I've ever had. The foot water was tepid, the towels luke warm at best and the 'hot' stones were room temperature. The pressure was too soft most of the massage and the massure didn't understand when I tried to get across to massage harder. Didn't touch my head or face at all and the finish was choppy and half hearted 10 minutes over the blanket.

Venue was clean, ambiance was nice and receptionist pleasant. But this is my last massage from them. There's too much competition to come back for a mediocre massage.
