DO NOT do business with this company. Their people on the ground doing the work are fantastic, but the ownership/management is completely inept and without the most basic level of professional consideration or respect for the customer. I have dealt with them for years, and after many years of the same, repeated, awful treatment I've terminated my relationship with them. My fault for not doing it sooner. If you need work done on your water system, find someone else...anyone else.
No offense to the employees doing the work who have to put up with the almost supernaturally incompetent office staff. 1 star is far too many stars.
Edit: You work on/service water systems which yes, are not the actual WELL, but attached to the well. If you make me engage you further on this matter in the public domain you might not be glad that you did. You've had every opportunity to communicate over what has been YEARS now, and your company has seen fit not to do this. That protracted, intentional behavior has purchased this review...hope it was worth it.
Absolutely NOT impressed with this company so far. I moved into my home in October and sent an inquiry about how billing works MONTHS ago to avoid late payments and King Water failed to respond. My husband tried calling and couldn’t get a hold of anyone, so he left a message and they STILL failed to call back. We just received the paper bill and this company doesn’t even take online payments in ANY form and it’s 2024…Extremely inconvenient, mediocre “customer service” and now I’ll have to wait and see if they’ll actually respond to my second inquiry. Pathetic!!!
What can I say about King Water, other than they are amazing! The employees have wonderful customer service, they are the most knowledgeable on the island, and have tons of experience. The owners are owner/operators, and make sure to be involved and part of the team. The office does an insane amount of work, and knock it out of the park. Pleasure to live in a system run by them!
