I have been living at one of Kings Arms Properties on Doheny for the past 6 years and it has been nothing but AMAZING! Here is why;
-LOCATION! You are in the heart of Beverly Hills. Restaurants, Shops, LA fitness, CVS, Rodeo all walking distances. Couldn't be more convenient! -SECURITY! Lenny our landlord did a wonderful job making us all feel safe with providing cameras throughout the building as well proper lighting. This was a huge plus for me! -MAINTENANCE: NEVER needed any major repairs because Lenny had a team of qualified people that are timely and knowledgeable technicians. -LAUNDRY! Brand new W/D that take CC rather then quarters. This made my life so much easier! -LANDLORD! Lenny our landlord has been a huge reason why I have continued my residences here. He is so efficient, responsive, and truly cares about his residents and the building itself. I couldn't have been luckier to have found this beautiful boutique style building.
