Trust. It’s easy to search for a “repair shop” or “get the cheapest” price; but do you truly know the work they are supposed to perform? Do you just accept what they tell you? Do you trust them? King’s is one you can trust. Straight forward, honest, communicative, no upsells, no BS. Mark and his team took care of us end-to-end. From being stranded on the side of the freeway with a burnt out clutch, to rolling out the bay doors feeling confident that the work was done correctly. So, before you randomly find someone to fix your car, your mode to safely transport your family, ask yourself…do you trust them.

Recently started having some issues with my transmission in my pathfinder and started to call around to see what my options would be. I had some work done on a previous car about a year and a half ago and I had a great experience with Kings then. I called Monday and I talked to a guy named Nate, he seemed like he was too busy to even talk to me. Had no clue what I was talking about regarding my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. Didn’t know if he could service… how can you answer the phone, and not know if you could work on a Nissan, when you’re in the transmission business? It seems like this shop has gone extremely downhill, I’ll be taking my vehicle elsewhere.

2021 Update: That old Truck is running again-thanks to Mark. Yup, we went back after hard working wear and tear. Mark fixed it again! Your team rocks!

2018: Mark and Kings took excellent care of a well loved, old truck. Fast, super friendly service and reasonable prices. They were honest and clear about what I needed now versus what they could recommened in the future. They sent me updates via photos both before and after their refinishing work. They were awesome!
