I love this dentist office! I've been a happy patient for several years now and still appreciate this cliniic's dedication to their craft, straightforward approach, sense of humor, and how much they all seem to enjoy working with one another.
I write this review for the experience my son had today though. He has several sensory processing difficulties which makes the dentist quite challenging for him. We had been taking him to a children's dentist, but moved him over to Dr. Couch a year ago (due to an insurance policy change). Ashley did an amazing job keeping him calm, staying consistently cheerful and providing clear communication with a playful attitude throughout the entire cleaning. When Dr. Couch came in for the exam, he was kind and used humor to take the edge off of the anxiety of the visit. I am very impressed and will continue to recommend your clinic to others! Thank you!!!

When I had a very positive first experience at Kingston Dental last spring I thought it might not be representative of the practice. But after my second visit I can see that these people are as genuine, kind and caring as they first seemed to be. The hygienist introduced herself each time and explained everything she was doing. It was so unusual - and appreciated - to have someone tell me when they were going to use a different tool and why, or reposition something in my mouth. Dr. Couch does the same thing. And I’m very pleased with the work that’s been done. If you want a dental practice where the people have respect and concern for their patients as well as each other, this is the place. These people continue to amaze me with their professionalism and kindness.

Absolutely glad to recommend Kingston dental - for all ages. I am 80 and they once placed an emergency crown for my grandson (10) who had broken a tooth on a stop-over here, on their way for a year in New Zealand. Both he and his mother (my daughter) were apprehensive about his first visit to a dentist. They, and I, left Dr. Couch's clinic with a fixed tooth and a happy experience! Besides, I like Dr. Couch's choice in music!
