I had a great experience with Kingston. Agent Janet showed me some apartments, verified that they were inspected, got me qualified, and set a move-in date. Easy peasy! Thanks to Kingston and Janet my family and me are situated. :)

The worst property company I’ve ever dealt with. Maintenance requests go completely unanswered and almost every time I call I get no answer. The property manager Jim doesnt do anything to help.

Kingston Management is the worst company ever!!! They act like they care, but they don’t. They tried to change the locks on me, then tell me it’s legal for them to do so. Tenant’s BEWARE!!! Know your rights as a tenant when it comes to this company!!! If you need help get legal aid involved. DO NOT take their word for ANYTHING!!!! ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS seek legal advice!!!!! You’ve been worned.!!!!!!!!!!
