Genuinely not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I had my first appointment this morning, and the staff, nurse, and ARNP were all incredibly friendly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service. Awful scheduling. Garbage online portal. Pathetic communication. I tried to schedule my first appointment online and even though I received a confirmation message, I was later called to say they had been double booked and I needed to reschedule. I figured I'd give it another try so this time around, I called to schedule and was told they could not schedule for the location I wanted over the phone... What the?? But they would pass my information along to the clinic for them to call me for scheduling. After patiently waiting, they never returned my call so I attempted to schedule online again. This time I even called to confirm my online scheduled appointment and they said everything was good... Shockingly, yet again, I received a call closer to my appointment saying they were double booked and I needed to reschedule. I loved this clinic when they were Vivacity but the transition was a total miss and while I was open to giving the new brand a try, it's been way too difficult to get an appointment and they seem utterly incompetent with no regard to patient's need for clear communication.

I was a little skeptical because of the 1 star reviews but after coming here I can say that me personally I had a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The nurse was amazing and caring. My doctor Oropreza was amazing and just everything you would expect from a great doctor. 10/10 recommend.
