We are well pleased with the work of our Realtor, Kira Middleton, who listed and sold a 30 acre mountain property for us. Kira was a caring and active agent. She was very attentive to my needs and my budget. She provided multiple options on a regular bases for me to view and visit. she was very helpful in my negotiations with the seller. She was always available when I needed to reach her. I highly recommend her as an excellent Real Estate agent.

Kira is an exceptional realtor. She went above and beyond our expectations. She is devoted and dedicated to her clients and works tirelessly to sell your home. We thought we could sell our house by owner, and after weeks of no luck and no interest, we decided to give Kira a crack at it. She immediately gave us a timeline to meet goals and prepare our house to be put on the market. She motivated us and encouraged us to keep at it. When it was time to list, she immediately began having open houses every weekend and showings almost every day. She communicated with us throughout the entire process.
