I bought a house in the spring of 2020 with this system preinstalled.
Nothing ever worked. The app setup was busted from the start, and customer service was entirely unresponsive. I gave them the benefit of the doubt given covid, but after a year of waiting to be able to actually use the house features I had just paid a ton of money for I gave up and ripped their device off the wall and threw it in the trash.
Replaced the controller with a smartthings hub and google home plus some wifi controllers for the minisplits, for a total cost of less than $300. Every device that had been installed originally other than the minisplit controllers was just standard z wave or lutron equipment that is compatible with everything.
