No show. No call. No updates until I called in. Very unprofessional. Can’t speak to the actual work unfortunately. But this means I’ll have to deal with a weekend worth of no ac when I could have called someone else.
Update: They called today to tell me that their 1 and only technician quit? And that they could schedule me in a few months. Seems like a scam.

Wonderful job! The technician was very professional, efficient and polite. We are completely happy with the work that was done for us. The furnace give out heat superlatively. We're very grateful to have someone come out with a strong work ethic and do a great job!!
