I texted a pic to Kirkland Rooter of the leak pooling in my driveway at 2pm and by 7pm same day they finished the repair! They dug a hole (ended up being two) to locate water main leak and replaced the broken pipe then replaced the dirt and patched up the asphalt. Quick and efficient!

Had a leaking upstairs bathtub over kitchen. Got charged $1400 (!!!) to open it and replace a small pipe. I realize as a plumber their job is pipes, but he left the ceiling with water damaged area still attached and the insulation is hanging out- the same box knife could have ar least made it look professional for the drywallers at a $1400 cost. A few days later when I tried to take a bath, it leaked. Called them back and got argued with about there being no leak- they put some caulking around the overflow and left. I do NOT recommend.

Shamim was exceptionally courteous, professional and quick! Called for a toilet problem at 7pm on a Saturday, was fixed by 9 that night. Excellent price as well. Will use going forward!
