Have shopped at Kirkland's for years. Well organized and courteous staff. But they need to ditch or modify overwhelming white and black country farmhouse inventory. Goods are more expensive than ever, not well made in many cases and just plain ugly. I don't buy anything there anymore. Waiting for this horrible fad to end.

Used to love this store until today! I was shocked to see that they are changing prices by marking them up to get more for the item when it goes on sale! I asked them which price is it and of course they say oh Um idk why there’s two price tags on it. It’s 99.99 not 79! But it’s still on sale! I don’t care if it’s still on sale don’t change the price to more then put it on sale! So they mark up there items before they put them on sale and hope customers don’t notice!

Great shopping experience. Wonderful products. Joanne was terrific and helped us find an item someone's told us on our last visit that it wasn't available! We're thrilled. We did a pretty good purchase today and in addition to Joanne's stellar help, both Alyssa and Kirsten were great! Helped wrap and take to our car. Thank you, ladies!!!
