I was injured in a car accident in June, 2016, when another driver blew past a stop sign. I had spoken to a few attorneys but was unable to find any that gave me the confidence and assurance I was looking for....until I met Michael Kelly and his team, Paul Castillo, Heather Peterson, and Marti Clark. Initially, what we all thought may be a substantial settlement, soon became much smaller because of the minimum insurance coverage the other driver had. Now, here I was, a client of Kirtland Packard, a very busy law firm that routinely handles many large and important cases, and is well known for their competence, diligence, and doggedness, with my small case. Paul became the lead attorney, and never, ever, did I feel I was pushed to the rear, or that my case was any less important. Paul and the rest of the team were always on top of things and were able to bring the case to a quick, smooth conclusion. I hope I never find myself in need of an attorney again, but if I do, I know who's getting the first call.
