I came to Sarah at a point in my life when I didn’t know who to turn to. I was at a loss about what was going on with my stomach and spent months trying all kinds of diets. She introduced me to low FODMAP and gave me many tools and recipes to get me on the right track. She has been very helpful! So glad I found her!

Sarah is an excellent dietician. I came to her with two goals: 1. Fix my angry tummy (SIBO, low FODMAP) 2. Get my body to where I wanted it to be (I am textbook skinny fat). Sarah was not only quick to respond, but she provided me with a lot of options. Her method is making food work for you, not forcing yourself to suffer with sad flavorless foods. She is also super knowledgeable on everything gut, which has helped calm my tummy down. Additionally, communication and feedback is so easy through the app! Sarah provides great suggestions to improve my day to day decisions but also cheers me on as my coach. I’m learning so much from her and I highly recommend!

Sarah Mirkin is a life saver! She is a knowledgeable and experienced Dietitian Nutritionist that helped guide me on how to eat again and kick the yo-yo. Sarah is approachable, intuitive, and took the time to work with me on what I could eat that would leave me feeling less hungry, and get back to a healthy weight and simplify all the advice we hear today on what to eat or not to eat. I needed an experienced pilot on my food journey as well as a cheerleader and I got both! Thank you, Sarah!!!!
