We found reusable, washable drinking straws! This is a larger store than the Lloyd District location, with a wider selection of ... well, everything. Love the cookware and tableware selections, and the variety of cooking utensils. Friendly sales staff, prices on par - or better - than some online stores (especially when shipping charges are added in). If you need to explore new ways of food preparation, this is definitely a place to add to your shopping itinerary.

they claimed they had an item on their website, ordered it and they somehow no longer had it, I have been told it could be up to a week for me to get my money back to my credit card, they offered no compensation or alternative simply cancelled my order but are keeping my money for as long as a week.

This local kitchen and home store is far better than William's Sonoma. The prices are competitive(usually better) and the customer service is superior. I find all my kitchen gadgets and appliances there and at Christmas they have a wonderful selection of Christmas decor and serving pieces.
