None of the staff anywhere throughout the courthouse seem to understand what 'sense of urgency' means, except maybe the judges.
Ever see the movie Zootopia where the rabbit and the fox go to the DMV to run a license plate number, but all of the employees are sloths? It's kind of like that.
They'll judge your forms and tell you how bad it looks, but not how to fix it. You have to literally ask them what you need to do to fix it AND REALLY drive the point home, or they'll go on and on about how "wrong" it is (even though you filled it out the way your attorney told you to). They want to chat and flirt and joke with each other but drag their feet to efficiently and time effectively perform their jobs.
