Because you are privately owned and have no intention of helping anyone except yourself and your own pocketbooks. Port Orchard is corrupt and it is privately owned by judges on the take! Look it up people. It doesn't get any more corrupt than Kidnap County!!!!

Went with a friend to the clerks office on the 2nd floor to pick up paperwork. The clerks were very friendly and helpful, even the security staff too :)

To those complaining about traffic tickets in collection...if you can't afford ticket don't break the law. I realize sometimes things happen but yes you must pay ticket or have license suspended-state law not Kitsap county. People need to take responsibility for their own actions
