I work at a nonprofit and received a request from a senior client who needed help with using their laptop. I came to find out that he had let someone borrow his laptop who created a user account and the laptop was locked due to forgotten password. Many attempts to unlock the laptop failed. I reached out to an agency in the community asking if they knew someone who could help this senior. The agency told me about Jacob the owner of Kitsap Tech Support who volunteers his time to teach seniors computer classes. I sent Jacob an email regarding the laptop. To my surprise he responded very quickly and then followed-up with another email with problem ticket, repair time and tech name who will be assisting with the laptop. Tony who came to help with the repair was very tech savvy, patient and kind. This company is not just a another business but a business with community in mind. I really appreciate Jacob for his involvement in the community.
