I've purchased 4-5 machines over the last 7 years from Kitsap. Dealt with Greg 90% of the time. My most recent purchase 3-4 months back it was delivered with an issue I made well known to them within 2 days of delivery. At the time greg was responsive. I said I'd deal with it toward the end of summer as I needed the machine to use right away and they wouldn't provide me a loaner (that's BS #1). Fast forward a couple months I get my summer projects mostly done and reach out to service. I'm told I can drop it off by the service manager but now they won't pick it up. My truck gets smashed into so I'm without any way to haul it while my truck sits at body shop. I reach out to greg again to discuss just trading it in on another one possible 1 size larger, figuren ill just spend more $ and save myself the hassle of bring without a machine while they dink with it for who knows how long.... After texting him a dozen times with no response he finally tells me they will give me 30k less than I paid for it (that's BS #2). Kidding me? Oh and they wanted my buckets so they could sell me the exact same ones again. (BS #3) SO....I finally told Greg just order me the pins and bushings for the front blade and I'll pick the parts up and fix my damn self so I can be done with it. He never responds which I'm used to at this point. Fast forward almost 3 weeks I text him to confirm he ordered the stuff because I want to pick it up on Saturday. Again he doesn't respond (BS #4). Finally TODAY the Saturday I wanna go in to get my stuff, I call the business and no answer. Says they're closed yet website says open til 3pm today and I'm calling around 1pm. Obviously greg sees I tried calling and conveniently text me saying he didn't order the parts and I need to bring machine in and drop it off. I'm beyond pist off at this place now. You spend multi thousands of dollars over several years and this is the kind of piss poor service and lack of communication you'll get. I should have listened to my neighbor who warned me...he will only deal with scholtens because kitsap is trash according to him. They have millions in equipment and own a well known farm in snohomish. Guess I'm learning the hard way he was right. I'll buy the parts out of pocket, fix it myself and scholtens will have any and all of my business going forward. Stay away from this place. Once they get your money you're SOL if you need something. Not to mention they will bend you over backwards with no beer, lube or dinner if you want to trade something in they sold you 2 months prior with a problem to begin with and are willing to upgrade and spend more $$ to boot. Unbelievable this BS. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this place damn well earned it.

Do yourself a favor, go 30 miles north to Scholtens. I had a good relationship with them for a JCB machine I had. Well, since Kitsap Kubota in Marysville is about 7 miles from my house, I decided to buy a B2601 from them in November…big mistake, they failed to deliver the tractor as expected. There were a number of misses on the delivery and just overall poor communication. The biggest frustration, and the telling factor that I was dealing with an incompetent shop that has no business dealing in tractors, is it took them three tries to get my tire ballast filled to the correct level (they short-filled it twice). They also installed the LA435 loader incorrectly so the the swift-tach function was effectively disabled (turned out to be a simple adjustment that I figured out but shouldn’t have had to). I sent it back to have the issue addressed once and they sent it back without confirming they had in fact fixed it (they hadn’t). Bad communication, bad customer service, and incompetent technicians. Save yourself the headache, don’t go here.

Went in with a friend who was looking to buy a KX040-4 excavator and we sat there for a while while Greg thoroughly explained things. We went out in the yard to look at it and this little tractor set-up caught my eye. It was a BX23S. When we got back inside to do the paperwork on my friend's excavator, I told Greg to go ahead and write up the tractor for me, which of course he did. Since the one in the yard was sold, I had to wait a little over 2 weeks for the shipment to come in. It was delivered yesterday. Great buying experience with Greg and also we met Bill, the Owner and several others. Great Team they have! My only complaint is that I haven't yet received the Kubota T-Shirt I was promised.
