Klassic Catering responded the quickest for quote. We had a fantastic turkey and roast beef buffet. Everyone was thrilled with the food. Great job Cheryl and your team. Even with the adjustments made for Covid worked out great. We had no servers, but everything was arranged for easy clean up. Thank you and we wouldn't hesitate to use Klassic Catering again. We had way more food then needed. Everyone left full and impressed.
Fair pricing but service could be improved. We hired Klassic Catering for our wedding. Cheryl and Oksana were very responsive to emails and professional. The booking process was very seamless.
However, the staff who showed up at our wedding seems under-trained. Nothing against younger staff members but these guys showed up half an hour later than scheduled. We asked to have appetizers served to guests during cocktail hours while we're out taking bride and groom portraits and they completely forgot. The appy trays were untouched - they didn't even pull them out of the fridge until they were packing up.
Dinner was good. There was a lot of food and we appreciate them putting leftovers into little plates for out of town guests to take home. During reception, I was a bit surprised to see the staff eat from the same buffet as the guests though. I was informed that Klassic Catering would provide their own staff with meals but I was expecting them to have their own food packed separately. That just stood out to me as odd.
