So I just took my truck through this car was, and the car wash is apparently semi malfunctioning. The hood didn't even get touched, and there is something wrong with the sheen or shine that they put on the tires I purchased top of the line car wash. Went back and talked to the attendant who then told me that there was something wrong with the brush that touches the hood and the sheen that goes on the tires and that if I put you through again it'll just happen so just take a rag and wipe on the tires. So I said is there nothing else I can do he shrugs the shoulders and says NO. So literally instead of shutting down the car wash until it's working properly they're taking money for car washes that aren't as good as they should be. He should have said let me get a coupon for you so that when the machine is up and running properly you can come back. I will not be back so sad it was one of my favorite places to go to get my truck washed.

The purpose of a car wash is to wash your car. My car is almost as dirty as it was before the wash, and the haphazard clean streaks almost make it look worse that just "regular" dirty.
I'd have asked for a refund on the spot except the poor kid working as an attendant looked like he already had his hands full.
