Less than caring even in an emergency. ER visit always takes about 4 hrs. They put you in a room and forget all about you even if your the only patient in ER. If your 5 mins late for a appt they cancel you but when your on time you might have to wait an hr to be seen.

My husband and I were positive with covid for about a week when I took him to the hospital Emergency room on October one because of increased fever and wosening condition. The staff was very kind. They evaluated his condition and offered him a treatment which he agreed to. When he came to the ER he needed a wheelchair and when he left he was able to walk without assistance. He has since improved even more. It treated him like they cared.

Where do i start, if i could put -5 starts i would. This place is a joke! My fiance is a diabetic and needs supplies and medicine. We had an appointment almost 3 weeks ago and they fail to send documentation. To this day she can't make it through the week with what she has left. Now we are gonna have to go to Yakima for an emergency. We will never recommend this place to anyone including our worst enemy. No one in that building understands how important this is. There will be a lawsuit waiting for them when we are done. Its just sad to see no one care there, the only thing they care about is there paycheck.
