it was a home visit. Josh was promt on calling for arrival time. He is very pleasant and explained the problem thoroughly. When he completed his task at hand, we paid him 15.35 for taxes. He left to his car and about 5 minutes later returning to give the money back and explained tax was included in warranty. This sir, is an exceptional employee. His honesty is uncommon. His ethics are awesome. He deserves a bonus for his professionalism.
