It was a lot of fun. A great family place with swimming and fishing. There are three swings, but for my little ones who couldn't swim all day, would be nice to have a little play ground set up. But not a big deal as we brought lots to do. The wasps were a real problem though. It was impossible to eat at the picnic area any time other than after dusk. Our whole group squeezed into one cabin to eat. The cabins were adorable and the beds soft. We are going to do it again.

Over the years my family and I have visited this resort many times. The entire staff treats all visitors as though they are long time friends and greets many by name. The grounds and facilities are always clean and well maintained. I return there as often as possible and recommend this resort to anyone seeking a really nice resort and place to relax and maybe also do some trout fishing. The on-site restaurant serves good food and good service.

I’ll start with the good:|Great staff, very helpful and kind. Willing to help me get my group together on sites next to each other. Clean grounds, clean swim area (they keep the seaweed and algae out). Fishing is good, not a reflection of the resort but the lake itself. |The campsites are tightly packed and small. We have a 30 ft with a large awning and tip out. The sites are 22’ across. The parking at your campsite basically intrudes into your site, good luck if you’re on a corner site. For $50/ night I expect more space. They escort you to your site which is a nice. Our breaker box kept arcing. Not good. The camp sites in the middle have very good shade. |Want a life jacket for your kid.... rent it! My brother wanted to come eat dinner at our campsite and they tried to charge them $7/ person to do so! Fishing off the dock would be great except it’s so close to the swim and launch! The slide is practically in the fishing area. Rentals are abundant including: paddle boats, pedal bikes, trolling boats, kayaks, and paddle boards. Restaurant is nice, beautiful patio but spendy....see a trend here.|There’s no cell service, we appreciated that, others may not. |In the future we will not return. No hard feelings, just not for us.
