We met Will at an open house. He was friendly and professional. While the house he was showing wasn't what we wanted, we gained an excellent realtor from the experience. Will listened carefully when we described our ideal house and property then he worked hard to find listings that met all or most of our requirements. He found us the perfect home in Washougal, WA. He communicated effectively and frequently during the buying process which made for a smooth purchase. Additionally, Will has a strong network of resources for referral. We would work with Will again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to others just as readily.

Will Logan contacted us about selling our house in Ilwaco WA somewhat out of the blue. We had built a house in Tucson, AZ and were spending time in both places. However as we got older it got harder and we were thinking about selling. Will did an excellent job walking through the process. He got us a fair price as we looked at what the house should sell for on various websites and other home sales in the area. Once the sale was complete he also facilitated the sale of some of our personal property to the new buyers.

Will Logan was an excellent choice for our realtor. We had an older property with a gorgeous view and he maximized the good. He gave helpful hints on preparing our property for sale. Will worked with the city on our behalf regarding adjoining leased land. He was caring throughout the process. Thank you Will!
