A must-stop in Pullman, WA. It's what the campus has needed for so long! Specialty coffee, made with care and attention, accompanied by delicious handmade pastries, cakes and other savory treats.

As a bakery owner myself, I know the challenges that come with opening a food business. Knead was only open for a few days upon my visit, and I was absolutely impressed with their level of detail, organization, and friendliness. This shop should see much success in the coming years!

I will continue to visit this awesome shop when I return to Pullman!

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in Pullman!

The coffee is phenomenal, and I haven't tried a pastry I don't like. The staff are very friendly and quick to make your coffee. The house made syrups are great as well, and they add the perfect amount (not too sweet, but you can still taste the flavor). I've tried a couple of their teas, and I really enjoyed them too - the cinnamon hibiscus tastes like Christmas. The atmosphere is adorable, and I could find myself coming here to sit and read a book and just relax.
