Knight Environmental Consulting is a business you can trust. The staff is super friendly and timely with emails and call backs. Marc came out to do the inspection and he was very professional and efficient. After discovering the areas of concern, he explained the process and what each step would involve. He didn’t try to upsell or use scare tactics. The reports he provided were so valuable and detailed, making it possible to have clear communication and expectations with the remediation company. Marc came back to retest and provided final reports once the areas were treated, giving us confidence that the problem was solved. We highly recommend their inspection services. Marc is an awesome guy who is easy to work with and genuinely cares about his customers’ well being. I called around to every environmentalist in the area and Marc gave me the most reasonable quote and also was the friendliest and most forthcoming of everyone I spoke with. Hopefully I will never need mold testing services again, but if I do, Knight Environmental is who I’ll be calling.

Marc went above & beyond to check our home for moisture and mold, and delivered the report to us quickly. Additionally, we had trouble getting our landlords to follow through on paying for the test (as they agreed to do) and he was more than gracious with us as we got it sorted out! Highly recommend Knight Environmental!
