Knight has installed two ductless Lennox heat pumps in my house, one with a single interior unit, and one with three interior units. I have also had annual maintenance performed by Knight.

Rick, the owner of Knight, shows up on time every time! Definitely the most reliable and punctual contractor that I have dealt with. Every phone call is either answered or receives a timely call back.

After an issue came up with one of the installs, Rick took ownership and did what he could to fix the issue, no excuses. It was the best example that I have ever seen of a business owner backing his work. This speaks volumes to his integrity and reliability.
