I had an excellent experience purchasing a new Outback from Todd. The entire office staff including Mark and Bob were very helpfull. I have experienced dealerships outside of our area and strongly recomend Koenig Subaru for both product..sales and service.

Our 2016 Outback was in for oil change, brake fixes, and an update of the GPS map data. We were told to do the map updates ourselves as our internet is better. Not thinking this is convenient at all. And since we were leaving for a road trip there was no time to re-torque the lug nuts. This needs to be worked on as previously we've not been warned about this and had to retorque in a gas station while just an hour away from the dealership, and now we were in the same circumstances
